Management and Transparency Model
The Más Integrados Foundation operates under a governance model designed for operational efficiency. We have a Board of Directors that oversees administrative transparency, delegating implementation to a multidisciplinary management team (engineering and medicine).
Currently, we operate under a Founder-Led Management structure, which allows us to maintain a minimal cost structure where 100% of external donations go directly toward the implementation of infrastructure and education projects. We are in the process of establishing an Expert Advisory Board to strengthen our technical expertise in renewable energy and digital pedagogy.
